We send all packages with Royal Mail, fully insured and tracked.

Returns & Refund Policy

1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it, provided it meets the conditions outlined below:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Restocking Fees
    All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs of processing and restocking returned items. Some items may be subject to an increased restocking fee depending on the condition in which the item was returned.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

6. Non-Returnable Items
